Would you like to bring an oriental kick into your kitchen and surprise your family or friends with a great dip? Then mix yourself a wonderful hummus spread with just a few ingredients. And it can also be made spicy - for everyone who likes it.

265 grams of chickpeas

1,5 tbsp Ankerkraut Hummus spice
- 100 ml of cold water
- 100g tahini

1 tbsp olive oil

upon need Ankerkraut Chili flakes
- Pita breads
Preparation
- Drain the canned chickpeas through a sieve, reserving half of the water.
- Mix the water from the chickpeas with tahini and cold water and let it foam up.
Chickpeas and Ankerkraut Hummus spice Add it and mix until creamy for at least 3 minutes. If necessary, add more water and seasoning.
If you like it a little spicier, you can stir in chili flakes at your discretion.
Drizzle hummus with olive oil and serve with pita bread.
