In this pepper symphony, different types of pepper harmonize to create a unique, rich, enjoyable whole. White pepper, green pepper, black and pink pepper (schinus berries: dried berries of the Peruvian pepper tree) as well as allspice, also known as clove pepper, are the main players in this symphony. All of its components make the mixture what it is and round off cooking with a pleasant and spicy spiciness. This creation is at least as suitable as a steak pepper as it is for sauces and soups!
