- 25g green peppers
25 g stalks of celery
- 1 stalk flat-leaf parsley

-
5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tablespoon water
- 1 splash of lime juice
-
1 pinch Ankerkraut Fine sea salt
-

Preparation
Wash the red and green peppers, celery, parsley and chili pepper, deseed the pepper and chili pepper and chop everything as finely as possible. Wash the tomato, remove the inside and also chop the tomato flesh finely. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.
Mix everything together in a small bowl, add olive oil, water and a squeeze of lime juice. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, mix everything well and let it steep for 1-2 hours if possible. Chien sauce tastes particularly good with fish and seafood, such as lobster.
