Our recipe for fresh tomato mozzarella: whether as a salad, as skewers, sticks or simply on a plate with a piece of baguette - always a pleasure!
Ingredients

300g Mozzarella
- 600 g of tomatoes

1 tbsp Ankerkraut Tomato mozzarella seasoning

5 EL oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- A few leaves of basil
Preparation
- Drain the mozzarella well and cut into slices.
- Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into slices of approximately the same thickness.
- Arrange tomatoes and mozzarella alternately on a platter, drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. With Ankerkraut Season with tomato and mozzarella seasoning and garnish with basil leaves.
