Can you already smell the wonderful smell that comes from frying an onion? That screams heartiness! Add beef, egg, potatoes and seasoning and the Tyrolean fried potato equivalent is ready!
Ingredients

- 600 g potatoes
- 250g cooked beef
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion

1 tbsp Ankerkraut Fried potato seasoning
- oil for the pan
Preparation
- Boil potatoes in salted water, then peel and slice.
- Cut the cooked beef into bite-sized pieces.
- Finely dice the onion and sauté in oil until translucent.
- Add potatoes and beef and continue roasting Ankerkraut Season fried potato seasoning.
- Heat oil in the pan and fry fried eggs.
- Then arrange the fried eggs with the Gröstl and serve.
