Juicy topping, thin dough and homemade with love: This is the perfect tarte flambée recipe!

- 200 g flour

2 TL Ankerkraut sea salt

1 EL oil
- 110 ml water
- 200 g Schmand

1 TL Ankerkraut 9 Pepper Symphony
- two onions
- 100 g bacon
Preparation
Knead the flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, oil and water into a dough until it no longer sticks to your hands, otherwise add a little more flour. Then let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.
Stir the sour cream until smooth and season with pepper and salt. Cut onions and bacon into strips.
- Now roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin on a work surface dusted with flour and place it on a baking tray or baking stone. Now spread with sour cream, spread onion on top and sprinkle with bacon. Bake in a preheated oven at at least 200 °C for a good 20 minutes and plaster until crisp and thin. ;-)
