Beef fillet tataki with Asian julienned vegetables! A culinary delight for the star cuisine at home.
Ingredients

- 4 pieces of beef fillet, 120-160 g each (as required)

Ankerkraut David Geisser Fleisch Chrütli
- 1 bowl with enough white and black sesame seeds (approx. 20g each)
- 80 g carrots
- 60 g celeriac
- 60 g leek
- 80 g kefen
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- Peanut oil from frying

Preparation
- Peel and roast all the vegetables. Cut carrots, celery, leeks and kefen into fine strips (julienne).
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add julienned vegetables and fry briefly and spicy. Deglaze with soy sauce and add sweet chili sauce.
- Season the beef fillet with AK Fleisch Chrütli and coat in the sesame seeds (press the sesame seeds well).
- In a very hot pan, fry the beef fillet briefly and spicy in a little peanut oil. Remove and let rest for a minute.
- Cut into thin strips. Add the vegetables in the middle and arrange the strips of beef fillet on top.
