You can get Asian wok on every corner in the city, but you can also easily make it at home! Pull out the wok and let's get started.
Ingredients

- 300g chicken breast
- 2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp Ankerkraut Asian chicken
- 150 grams of bamboo shoots
- 1 peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
0,5 Lime

2 tsp raw cane sugar
- 4 tsp fish sauce
- 5 tsp oyster sauce
- 200 ml water
- 2 spring onions
- 100 g rice noodles
Preparation
- Cut peppers and onions into fine strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a wok and fry the vegetables in it.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and fry the chicken cut into strips in the remaining oil.
- With Ankerkraut Season Asian chicken and add bamboo shoots
- Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions and add them to the pan. Add the egg, whisk quickly and mix into the noodles.
- For the sauce: add half a lime, cane sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce and water and bring to the boil.
- Arrange the Asian wok and serve with finely chopped spring onions.
