With this green asparagus recipe, we'll show you how to prepare the delicious seasonal vegetables so that you get the most out of the green spears!
Ingredients

500 g green asparagus
2 liter of water

1 tbsp sea salt, fine

1 teaspoon raw cane sugar, coarse
Preparation
Wash the green asparagus and only peel the ends.
Then cook the asparagus for approx. 8 - 10 minutes in plenty of salted water with a little sugar - the asparagus should be completely covered with water.
Remove the asparagus from the water and enjoy.
