The ground nutmeg from Ankerkraut Gives various dishes an aromatic finishing touch of fiery spiciness with a hint of bitterness. It is particularly good in potato dishes, on vegetables and cabbage as well as veal and fish or in sweet dishes such as Christmas cookies.
