Moinkballs

For the USA theme party or for nibbling at the Superbowl: This American finger food brings the flair of the United States to the table! Moinkballs are small balls of minced meat that are coated in bacon and then end up on the grill. If you like it extra hearty, you can also work a melt-in-the-mouth Cheddar cheese core into the BBQ meatballs during preparation. Then just sprinkle a pinch of spice on top (or work it directly into the mince beforehand) and cook through in the heat of the flames.
