On a road trip through Namibia, the founder of... Ankerkraut Discover many fascinating places, people and a new culinary diversity. He was inspired to create this spice mixture for “Kapana Grilled Beef” while visiting a street food market in Windhoek. There the freshly slaughtered cattle are cut up with axes, grilled and eaten straight away. Simply real, authentic and incredibly delicious. The mixture is based on vegetable broth and is made into something very special by chili flakes, turmeric and basil.
