100 g Ankerkraut Raw cane sugar
200 g butter
300 g flour
- 1 egg

1 tbsp Ankerkraut Cookie spice
100 g icing sugar

Preparation
- Cut warm butter into cubes and add sugar, flour, egg and Ankerkraut Knead the biscuit spice into a homogeneous dough.
- Let the dough cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Roll out the dough and cut out dough with cookie cutters.
- Place the cookies on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for approx. 10 minutes at 180°C top/bottom heat.
- Dust cookies with powdered sugar and enjoy with mulled wine!
