This tiramisu recipe does not require any egg or alcohol: pink raspberries do the rest for the taste AND the eye!

- 150 g frozen raspberries
- 1 Orange
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 120 g quark

2 tbsp Ankerkraut Christmas farts
- 150 g breakfast cake
- Sugar pearls for decorating, e.g. Happy Sprinkles
Preparation
- Allow the raspberries to thaw. Wash the orange with hot water, dry it and rub the peel finely. Halve the orange and squeeze it. mascarpone, quark, Ankerkraut Mix Christmas farts, orange peel and 2 tablespoons of orange juice. Fold in the raspberries and the resulting raspberry juice in streaks.
- Spread approx. 1⁄3 of the mascarpone cream into two molds or one large mold. Cut the breakfast cake into slices approx. 1 cm thick and place half on top of the cream. Drizzle the other half with orange juice. Add another 1⁄3 cream, the rest of the breakfast cake, orange juice and cream on top. Chill for about 4 hours. Decorate with sugar pearls just before serving.
