Our recipe for preparing white asparagus, together with the right spices (and meat, if you like), ensures pure enjoyment straight out of the oven!
Ingredients

500 g white asparagus

1 pinch of muscovado sugar
Some butter
3 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tbsp grated Parmesan

Some BBQ salt flakes

Some black & white pepper
Preparation
Peel the white asparagus and cut off the ends.
- Then put the asparagus in a pot filled with salted water
Then add a pinch of muscovado sugar and butter to the water and let the asparagus cook for about 10 - 12 minutes until it becomes al dente.
Then remove the asparagus from the water and serve with lemon juice, parmesan, pepper and BBQ salt flakes.
