This classic pasta dish comes with lots of Parmesan and egg, but no cream: Try our Spaghetti Carbonara recipe!
Ingredients

- 500g spaghetti
- 150 g cubed ham
- 80 g Parmesan (32%)
- 2 eggs (size M)
- 1 egg yolk (size M)

2,5 TL Ankerkraut Carbonara spice
- some chopped parsley to garnish
Preparation
- Heat a pan and fry the cubed ham until golden brown. Remove pan from heat.
- Whisk together Parmesan, eggs and egg yolks. Season with carbonara seasoning if necessary. Drain the spaghetti and reserve the cooking water from the pasta.
- Mix the spaghetti with the Parmesan-egg mixture and the ham. Add some cooking water and let it thicken until creamy.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
