It can also be vegetarian, but here's a recipe for meat fans with minced meat: The classic Bolognese sauce for spaghetti, penne & Co.
Ingredients

- 500 g ground beef
- 2 EL tomato paste
- 750 ml of tomato passata
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, cold pressed
- 500g spaghetti
- 100 g of parmesan cheese

4 TL Ankerkraut Bolognese spice
Preparation
- Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add the ground beef, fry well and stir as little as possible. Add tomato paste and sauté briefly.
- Then add the pureed tomatoes and 4 tsp Ankerkraut Add Bolognese seasoning, bring to the boil and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes until desired firmness. Remove from the pasta water and place in a pan. Add about a ladleful of the pasta water to the sauce. Pan everything.
- Arrange the spaghetti with the Bolognese sauce on plates and add Parmesan if desired. Bon appetite!
