- wooden skewers
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp fresh ginger

0,5 tsp brown sugar
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoons of lime juice
1,5 tsp fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3 tbsp coconut milk

1 TL Ankerkraut Chili flakes
For the sauce:
Preparation
- Portion the chicken, marinate with fried chicken seasoning and thread onto skewers. Grill on the grill or in a pan over medium heat for 4-8 minutes per side.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together or put them in a blender for a softer consistency.
