Delicious poke bowl
Ingredients

- 300 g salmon fillet

1 EL oil

2,5 tbsp Ankerkraut coastal crust
- 125 g of rice
- 1 avocado
- 1 peppers
0,5 cucumber
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
Preparation
- Cook rice according to package instructions. Meanwhile, cut the peppers, cucumber and avocado into thin strips and arrange on the rice.
- Mix soy sauce with hoisin sauce and spread over the vegetables on the rice.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the salmon to the pan, skin side first. After about 1 minute Ankerkraut Scatter the sea crust into the pan and roll the salmon, the already fried side, in it. Repeat this with the other side and after a total of approx. 3-4 minutes remove the salmon from the pan and serve immediately.
- Important: Ankerkraut Do not put coastal crust on the salmon right from the start as the crust burns quickly due to the high sugar content.
- Arrange salmon on the poke bowl.
