Avocado and peppers meet with pasta to turn your toast into a varied sandwich. Let's raise a toast to that... er, eat it up!
Ingredients

125 g Spirelli pasta
2 avocados (medium ripe)
1 red pepper
- 5 tbsp whipped cream
50g grated cheddar

1 TL Ankerkraut Avocado finisher
- 12 slices of toast

some oil
Preparation
Cook noodles according to package instructions.
Wash the peppers and cut into small cubes.
Heat the cheese and cream in a saucepan until the cheese has melted.
Drain the pasta and mix with the cheese sauce and peppers and season with the avocado finisher.
Remove the avocado from the peel with a spoon and cut into thin slices.
Cover the toast with the avocado, spread the cheese and pepper noodles on top and then press down lightly with another piece of toast.
Now quarter the toast and fry it in a pan with oil until golden brown on both sides. Be careful when turning. Each side should fry in the pan for 2 minutes.
