Vienna sausages, lots of greens and of course bacon make this dish complete. A classic lentil stew that beats the canned one by far.
Ingredients
4
portions
-
1 EL oil
- 1 bunch of soup greens
- 100g smoked bacon
- 250 g plate lentils
- 500 g potatoes
- 4 Vienna sausages
-
2 tbsp Ankerkraut Anne's favorite
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Preparation
- Clean, wash and finely dice the soup greens.
- Heat oil in a pot. Add the soup greens, lentils and bacon and pour in approx. 1,5 liters of water. Bring everything to the boil and let it cook, covered, for about 25 minutes.
- In the meantime, peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Add to the lentils and cook for another 20 minutes.
- Cut the sausages into slices and heat them in the soup.
- Season with Ankerkaut Anne's Favorite and a little vinegar.
