- 500 grams of pasta
- 1 egg (size M)
- 150 ml of sunflower oil

4 TL Ankerkraut Mayonnaise Mediterranean
- 200 g meat sausage
- 1 can of corn
- 150 g peas
- 2 peppers
- 10 pickled cucumbers
- 3 tbsp cucumber water
Preparation
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente according to package instructions.
Beat the egg in a bowl with a hand mixer for 2 minutes until frothy. Then gradually add the oil (not too much, otherwise the mayonnaise will be too runny) and continue beating vigorously to create a creamy mayonnaise. Then with Ankerkraut Season mayonnaise Mediterranean.
- Dice the meat sausage. Drain the corn. Wash peas. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into small pieces. Cut pickled cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the pasta for the pasta salad with mayonnaise, meat sausage and chopped vegetables and cucumber water and chill the salad for 2 hours.
- Before serving, taste the pasta salad and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
