300 g beef fillet
2 peppers
100 g cherry tomatoes
1 onion
2,5 tbsp Ankerkraut BBQ
2 teaspoons of oil
some wooden or aluminum skewers

Preparation

Cut the meat, peppers and onion into approx. 2-3cm pieces.
Put everything in a bowl. Meat and vegetables with enough oil and that Ankerkraut Rub in BBQ rub until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
Skewer the meat and vegetables alternately and cook either in the oven at 200°C bottom/top heat or at 175°C fan oven for 25 minutes.
For that real BBQ feeling: Place the grill skewers on the grill for about 20 minutes.
