Do you fancy meat and vegetables? With our Ankerkraut You can season both with BBQ seasoning and refine your favorite grilled skewers with delicious beef fillet and vegetables.
Ingredients

300 g beef fillet
- 2 peppers
100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion

2,5 tbsp Ankerkraut BBQ

2 teaspoons of oil
- some wooden or aluminum skewers
Preparation
- Cut the meat, peppers and onion into approx. 2-3cm pieces.
- Put everything in a bowl. Meat and vegetables with enough oil and that Ankerkraut Rub in BBQ rub until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Skewer the meat and vegetables alternately and cook either in the oven at 200°C bottom/top heat or at 175°C fan oven for 25 minutes.
- For that real BBQ feeling: Place the grill skewers on the grill for about 20 minutes.
