It doesn't always have to be meat either. Grilled tofu is a delicious and meat-free alternative, and not just for vegetarians.
Ingredients

- 250 g tofu

3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 EL honey
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

1,5 tbsp Ankerkraut Tofu grill seasoning
Preparation
- Dab the tofu and cut it into large cubes.
- Prepare a marinade from the remaining ingredients and marinate the tofu in it for at least 2 hours.
- Then grill the tofu on the grill over indirect heat in a greased aluminum dish. Tofu is ready to eat after a few minutes and can be removed from the grill once the desired browning is achieved.
- Grilled tofu goes perfectly with herb butter baguette or fresh couscous salad.
