Burger without cheese? Inconceivably! So simple and so delicious, our cheeseburger Ankerkraut Burger Spice!
Ingredients

- 400g mixed minced meat
-
4 TL Ankerkraut Burger Spice
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 slices of cheddar cheese (48%)
4 slices of bacon
- 2 burger buns
2 tomato slices
- 2 large lettuce leaves

4 tbsp Ankerkraut Bbq sauce
Preparation
- Put the minced meat and burger spice in a bowl, mix together and form two burger patties of the same size with your hands.
- Preheat the oven to 50 °C top/bottom heat.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry patties on both sides for 4 minutes each. Towards the end of the frying time, place a slice of cheddar on the patties and let the cheese melt slightly.
- Fry the bacon in a pan without oil until crispy and then drain on some kitchen paper.
- Heat burger buns in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes.
- Spread the burger buns with the BBQ sauce. Top burger buns with burger patties, tomato slices and bacon.
