The hype about the green fruit is entering the next round! And we're really firing it up again with our avocado toast recipe! Whether as a snack in between or instead of a snack in the evening: we love avocado toast!
Ingredients

- 200 g mushrooms

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Ankerkraut Mushroom pan
- 1 ripe avocado

1 TL Ankerkraut Avocado finisher
- 2 slices whole wheat toast
Preparation
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices.
- Heat oil in a large pan, add mushrooms Ankerkraut Season the mushroom pans with spices and fry in hot olive oil for about 5 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, halve the avocado, remove the seeds, remove the flesh with a spoon and add it Ankerkraut Season avocado finisher.
- Roast the toast and cover it with avocado slices and spread the fried mushrooms on top.
- Sprinkle with avocado finisher and fresh herbs if desired.
